Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the ROI, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 1-6 business days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your destination. International delivery usually takes about 2 - 6 weeks, though most orders are received within 2-3 weeks. Most orders are shipped by ePacket, some bigger via FedEx. 

• You should note that we sell items from few different manufactures therefore in case you order two items that are from two different suppliers your items will come to you separately packaged. All of our suppliers have the same estimated delivery time but due to the fact that they are not connected to each other bear in mind that one of your item may arrive before the other even though you ordered them together.
• If your item doesn't arrive even after estimated delivery time please make sure you contact us as soon as possible.
